 I enjoy joking in with the kapahaka waiata, wether it be swinging the poi around to the beat or listening to the music. This week I got on the microphone and sung along. 

 This is my chance to help prepare and cook a yummy Beef Stirfry with my friends, Best of all the taste test!

 I had a great day over at Mauao today with friends. I was the life guard on duty at the Mount hot pools. Afterwards we went to have lunch next to the beach and went for a nice hikoi along the board walk and through the park.

 I enjoyed my morning, Learning how to  cook Japanese style curried Sausages, and best of all the taste test, “Boy” they were good !
