 I went in to town with my friends Carrie and Bruce to event cinema to watch the Superman Movie. I really enjoyed it, such a good movie. And another goal ticked off, cool aye!

 I look forward to my lunch outing at our local Citz Club where i can catch up with my friends and  enjoy a Cheese burger chips and a can of lemonade.

 In  My time this morning i Looked up Recipes for "Lets cook together" in our kitchen,one will be a cooked dish, the other will be a "no cook recipe".

 What a nice chilled out time we had with a pamper morning at the  Centre, calm music playing in the background a Defusier going in the background and a nice hand massage.

 I always enjoy my time learning a new song and listening to the group singing, you can see every body is having a good time, like me using the poi.
